Board of Polycab India approves acquisition of balance 50% stake in Ryker Base

At meeting held on 02 May 2020

The Board of Polycab India at its meeting held on 02 May 2020 has approved the acquisition of 2,60,10,000 (i.e. balance 50% equity shares) of face value of Rs.10/- each held by Trafigura, Singapore (‘Trafigura') in Ryker Base.

Ryker Base would become a wholly-owned Subsidiary Company after acquisition of the said equity shares from Trafigura.
