Board of Minda Corporation recommends Interim Dividend
Of Rs.0.35 per share
Minda Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2020, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.0.35 per share (i.e.17.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
