Board of Aegis Logistics recommends Interim Dividend
Of Rs.0.5 per share
Aegis Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 January 2020, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.0.5 per share (i.e.50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
