Board of Karnataka Bank approves bonus issue of 1:10
At meeting held on 27 January 2020
The Board of Karnataka Bank at its meeting held on 27 January 2020 has approved the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. one equity share for every 10 equity shares, subject to approval of shareholders of the Bank. The Board also approved raising of capital funds through QIP issue by way of issue of equity shares not exceeding 15 crore equity shares of the Bank, subject to approval of shareholders of the Bank.
