Indian Overseas Bank fixes issue price for preferential issue of shares to GoI
Issue price is Rs 11.32 per share
The Committee of Director of Indian Overseas Bank at its meeting held on 27 January 2020 has approved the issue price of Rs 11.32 (including share premium of Rs 1.32) per share for equity shares to be issued to Govt. of India on a preferential basis.
