NxtDigital files scheme of arrangement with NCLT
On 21 January 2020
NxtDigital has filed the scheme of arrangement before the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench on 21 January 2020. The scheme of arrangement between IMCL and Nxt Digital entails the merger of the media and Communications undertaking of IMCL into NxtDigital.
