PG Electroplast fixes issue price for preferential issue of shares
Issue prices is Rs 57.17 per share; Preferential issue revised to 8.74 lakh equity shares
PG Electroplast announced that issue price for preferential issue of equity shares has been determined at Rs 57.17 per share as on relevant date i.e. 10 January 2020. Accordingly, the number of shares to be created, issued and allotted on preferential basis shall be 8,74,584 equity shares of Rs . 10 each.
