Board of Hester Biosciences approves fund raising up to Rs 150 cr through equity route
At meeting held on 18 December 2019
The Board of Hester Biosciences at its meeting held on 18 December 2019 has approved the issuance of equity shares, and/or equity linked securities and/or securities convertible into equity shares through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or preferential allotment for anamount not exceeding Rs 150 crore, subject to approval of members through Postal Ballot process.
