Board of Cochin Shipyard recommends Interim Dividend
Of Rs.1.63 per share
Cochin Shipyard announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 November 2019, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.1.63 per share (i.e.16.30%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
