Syncom Formulations (India) has stated that its board of directors, at its meeting held on 18 November 2005, has made an allotment of 2,78,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 92 per share aggregating Rs 2.8356 crore to persons acting in concern with the promoters / directors of the company on preferential basis.
