Board of Tanla Solutions approves issue of 21.19 lakh equity shares
At meeting held on 05 September 2019
The Board of Tanla Solutions at its meeting held on 05 September 2019 has approved the issue of 10,59,844 equity shares to Kishore Annapureddy and 10,59,844 equity shares to Nishitha Nagireddy ('Proposed Allottees'), the Promoters of Gamooga Softtech, of Rs. 1/- par value at a premium of Rs. 79/- per equity share on preferential basis subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
