Wanbury buys 51% stake in DOCL
DOCL manufactures APIs for sale in US and Europe

Wanbury Ltd has along with its associate companies acquired a 51% stake in Doctors Organic Chemicals Ltd (DOCL). DOCL has a large USFDA approved facility and sells Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) in regulated markets like USA and Europe. DOCL also does contract manufacturing for large pharma MNCs.
