Approved the fresh Scheme of Amalgamation between Jindal Premium Connections and Maharashtra Seamless Finance, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company with the Company i.e. Maharashtra Seamless. The approval has been granted subject to the approval of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal at Mumbai, the approval of the shareholders and such other approvals as may be required. The appointed date for the aforesaid Scheme is fixed as 01 April 2019.
