Sundaram Multi Pap files scheme of amalgamation with NCLT
Sundaram Multi Pap has filed the scheme of amalgamation between Sundaram Multi Pap (transferee company) and E-Class Education System (transferor company) with the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.
