Hinduja Ventures to divests equity shares held in Hinduja Leyland Finance
The Investment Committee of Hinduja Ventures at its meeting held on 26 November 2018 has approved the disinvestment of 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the Company in Hinduja Leyland Finance as per Independent Valuation of Rs. 153.56/- per share.
