Board of Himadri Speciality Chemical approves fund raising up to Rs 1000 cr
At meeting held on 12 November 2018
The Board of Himadri Speciality Chemical at its meeting held on 12 November 2018 approved a proposal for raising of fund by further issue of securities by way of Preferential Issue/QIP / FCCBs / FCEBs / ADRs / GDRs and/or other eligible securities convertible into equity shares for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 1,000 crore, subject to the approval of the Shareholders and other authorities as may be necessary.
