Eris LifeSciences signs shareholding agreement with Kinedex Healthcare
On 06 November 2018
Eris LifeSciences has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with Rakesh Dhuria, a promoter of Kinedex for increasing its ownership and control of the Said subsidiary i.e. Kinedex by way of purchase of 12239 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. Kinedex is engaged in marketing and selling pharmaceutical products in India reporting a turnover of Rs 512.29 mn.in FY 2017-18
