Board approves merger of Best Agrochem with Sahyog Multibase
At meeting held on 10 October 2018
The Board of Sahyog Multibase at its meeting held on 10 October 2018 has considered and in principally approved the consolidation of businesses of Best Agrochem ('BAPL') with the Company. As per the understanding between the boards of directors of the companies, subject to compliances of applicable laws, the two companies would be merged together and the consolidated business would be carried under the joint management of the two companies and the promoters of Best Agrochem would become the co-promoters of the Sahyog Multibase. The Board considered that the proposed merger of BAPL will help the Company to expand and diversify the business and substantially increase financial stability of the Company in the interest of all stakeholders.
