Genus Overseas Electronics’ board of directors will meet on 26 July 2005, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2005.
2. Issue of FCCBs / GDRs up to US$ 10 million to strategic investor(s) by way of private placement.
3. Raising the limit of investment of FIIs / FCBs / NRIs in the company.
