Board of Emami Paper Mills approves fund raising up to Rs 350 cr
At meeting held on 21 September 2018
The Board of Emami Paper Mills at its meeting held on 21 September 2018 has approved raising of funds upto Rs 350 crore by way of issue of equity linked securities subject to approval of shareholders. The Board also approved modification of Credit Facilities by Yes Bank by inclusion of sub limit for stand by letter of credit of Rs 75 crore.
