Vardhman Polytex receives demand notice for payment of outstanding loan
Under Section 13(2) of SARFAESI Act, 2002
Vardhman Polytex has received a copy of demand notice under Section 13(2) of SARFAESI Act, 2002 from Canara Bank (lead banker) to repay the outstanding principal amount of loan under the Consortium finance along with the interest due till date.
