Board of Electrosteel Castings approves issue of 4.85 crore equity shares
On preferential basis
The Board of Electrosteel Castings at its meeting held on 12 July 2018 has approved the issuance of 4,85,26,861 Equity Shares of Re.1.00 each on a preferential basis subject to the approval of the Members in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
