Board of Salzer Electronics approves allotment of shares on conversion of preference shares
At meeting held on 24 May 2018
The Board of Salzer Electronics approved the allotment of 5.30 lakh equity shares on conversion of 5,30,000 non cumulative 5% convertible preference shares of Rs 10 each by Salzer Magnet Wires. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the company has increased to Rs 15.62 crore comprising of 1,56,23,737 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
