Board of Lux Industries approves dividend
Of Rs.2 per share
Lux Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2018, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.100%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
