Board of IMP Powers recommends dividend
Of Rs.0.50 per share
IMP Powers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2018, has recommended a Dividend of Rs.0.50 per share (i.e.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
