Board of GPT Infraprojects to consider fund raising options
On 04 May 2018
GPT Infraprojects announced that the Board of Directors of the company will consider inter alia, raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares of the Company by any of the permitted modes including preferential issue / qualified institutions placement / combination thereof in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 as amended and the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.
