Board of LGB Forge approves rights issue
At meeting held on 10 April 2018
LGB Forge announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 April 2018, has considered and approved raising of funds upto Rs. 28 crore by way of offer and issue of equity shares to the existing shareholders of the company on Rights basis (Right Issue).
