The Board of Themis Medicare at its meeting held on 27 March 2018 transacted the following -
1. Allotted 8249 Equity shares to eligible employees' pursuant exercise of ESOP options under Themis ESOS Scheme 2012.
2. Appointed Gabor Gulacsi, as an Additional Director, whose office got vacated pursuant to Section 167 (1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013.
3. On arrival of Lajos Kovacs in India, Reena S. Patel ceased to be Alternate Director to Lajos Kovacs pursuant to the provisions of the second proviso to Section 161 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
4. Appointed Reena S. Patel as an Alternate Director to Lajos Kovacs w.e.f 30 March, 2018.
