For the Audited full year,net profit declined 9.35% to Rs 46.34 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 51.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 17.07% to Rs 560.13 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 478.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
