Net profit of Megasoft declined 54.74% to Rs 2.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2009 as against Rs 6.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2008. Sales declined 38.50% to Rs 18.24 crore in the quarter ended March 2009 as against Rs 29.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2008.
