Net profit of Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers declined 13.93% to Rs 19.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 23.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007. Sales declined 40.97% to Rs 24.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 40.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007.

For the full year, net profit rose 156.46% to Rs 249.82 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 97.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2007. Sales rose 230.40% to Rs 629.01 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 190.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2007.
