Ashima reported net loss of Rs 29.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against net loss of Rs 3.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007. Sales declined 9.55% to Rs 52.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 57.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007.

For the full year, net loss reported to Rs 42.89 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against net loss of Rs 21.58 crore during the previous year ended March 2007. Sales declined 5.48% to Rs 223.21 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 236.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2007.
