Net profit of ITL Industries declined 17.07% to Rs 0.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 0.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales rose 18.53% to Rs 9.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 8.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 21.10% to Rs 1.32 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 1.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 7.55% to Rs 22.08 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 20.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
