Net profit of Prism Cement rose 82.52% to Rs 65.05 crore in the quarter ended June 2007 as against Rs 35.64 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2006. Sales rose 20.97% to Rs 215.41 crore in the quarter ended June 2007 as against Rs 178.07 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 210.52% to Rs 192.77 crore in the year ended June 2007 as against Rs 62.08 crore during the previous year ended June 2006. Sales rose 34.14% to Rs 766.80 crore in the year ended June 2007 as against Rs 571.64 crore during the previous year ended June 2006.
