Net profit of Orissa Minerals Development Company declined 6.31% to Rs 50.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 53.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales declined 25.52% to Rs 60.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 80.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 39.99% to Rs 181.89 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 129.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 18.69% to Rs 299.93 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 252.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
