Extraordinary items were decreased to Rs -15.00 crore. Provision for tax was debit of Rs 21 crore, compared to credit of Rs 4 crore. Effective tax rate was 14.79% compared to negative 4.00%. Minority interest was nil in both the periods. Net profit attributable to owners of the company increased 15.24% to Rs 121.00 crore.
Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Adani Green Energy has increased 64.31% to Rs 5133 crore. Operating profit margin has declined from 74.07% to 68.95%, leading to 52.94% rise in operating profit to Rs 3,539.00 crore. Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 17.44% to 25.05%. Employee cost decreased from 1.25% to 0.66%. Other expenses rose from 4.89% to 5.34%.

Net profit attributable to owners of the company increased 132.86% to Rs 489.00 crore.

Cash flow used in acquiring fixed assets during the year ended March 2022 stood at Rs 14,792.00 crore, compared to Rs 6,143.00 crore during the year ended March 2021.
