Nine month performance

Sales was down by 8% to Rs 2370.08 crore and with OPM contract by marginal 20 bps to 19.4%, the operating profit was down by 9% to Rs 459.76 crore. The other income was down by 6% to Rs 60.24 crore and thus the PBIDT was down by 9% to Rs 520 crore. After accounting for lower interest and higher depreciation, the PBT was down by 11% to Rs 479.76 crore. The taxation was down by 21% to Rs 123.74 crore and the PAT was down by 6% to Rs 356.02 crore.
