Record date for Vinati Organics stock split & interim dividend announced
It is 31 October 2009
Vinati Organics has fixed 31 October 2009 as the record date for the purpose of split of existing equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Rs 2 each andalso for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2009-2010. Further the company has clarify that, the interim dividend post split shall be Rs 0.30 on the face value of Rs 2 per equity share.
