At the end of the fifth of opening of Transwarranty Finance IPO, QIBs subscribed to 14,45,280 lakh shares, out of which FIIs bid for 13,99,920 lakh shares, domestic financial institution bid 45,360 shares, there has been no bid by mutual funds in the issue so far.
HNI subscriptions stood at 1,63,800 lakh shares.
Retail investors had subscribed to 6,42,000 lakh shares, of which, 5,75,160 lakh shares were at the cut-off price and 66,840 were price bids.
So far the IPO had received bids for 23,16,240 lakh shares, which is 0.39 times the total issue size of 60 lakh shares.
The price band was set between Rs 48 (floor price) and Rs 55 (ceiling). Issue closes on 2 February 2007.
