Key takeaways of the call
Order book as end of March 31, 2015 was Rs 570 crore and of which export orders is Rs 121 crore and balance Rs 449 crore are domestic orders. Of the domestic orders of about Rs 298 crore is defence order.
The company expects order inflow in excess of Rs 600 crore in FY2015-16. Sales for the FY2015-16 the company expects its sales to be lower at about Rs 400-450 crore down from Rs 634 crore registered in FY2014-15. But the company expects its FY2016-17 revenue to be in excess of Rs 600 crore. The FY2015-16 bottom-line is expected to be about Rs 60 crore and above. Lower sale for FY16 is largely on account of time of receipt of orders, gestation period for each orders and delivery schedule.
The company expects to invest about Rs 50 crore in R&D over next 3 years. The company has land in Bangalore and if it has to enter Radar Systems, it should have system specific facility and about Rs 50 crore will be spent on that.
The Export order is expected to be completed in H1FY2015-16.
The status of Rs 120 crore ELDA order will be known by end of first quarter or second quarter.
Of the FY15 sales of Rs 634 crore exports were Rs 382 and balance are domestic sales. Similarly for Q4FY15 the export sales is Rs 45 crore and balance Rs 63 crore are from domestic market.
