Key highlights

The company has an order book position of about Rs 3508 crore as on Mar'14 as compared to an order book position of about Rs 3493 crore as on Mar'13. Textile Machinery order book is about Rs 3451 crore and rest are from machine tool division.

Of the total order book about 50% of order book is active while rest is inactive order book which is mainly from South India. However, post election and based on their marketing staff updates, the inactive order book will soon come under execution in FY'15 itself.

Other income for FY'14 includes forex gain, interest income and profit of sale on property of about Rs 15 crore.

Key countries of exports are China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam and Turkey. Exports have an order book position of about Rs 90 crore and another about Rs 150 crore is in the pipeline.

LMW China the wholly owned subsidiary of the company reported a turnover of about Rs 53 crore down by about 10% YoY and PAT stood at about Rs 10 crore as compared to about Rs 13 crore on YoY basis.

Based on the current order book position of the company, management is confident of gross margin of around 17% and PAT margin of around 12% for FY'15.

Overall, management continues to be cautiously optimistic about the business.
