The stock of small-cap company had hit a high of Rs 46 and a low of Rs 42.25 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 82.45 on 11 January 2017. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 27.25 on 21 June 2017.
The decision will strengthen company's balance sheet and enable it to capitalize on the upcoming opportunities in the industry in terms of significant upcoming projects.
The raised capital would be channeled into the company thus enabling it to bid for many upcoming FGD projects in India.
The promoter holds 60.17% stake in the company as on 30 September 2017.
The company reported net profit of Rs 0.21 crore on revenue of Rs 10.15 crore in Q2 September 2017.
