On a consolidated basis, the company's net profit rose 38.4% to Rs 35.90 crore on 12.7% increase in net sales from operations to Rs 1267.50 crore in the year ended March 2015 over the year ended March 2014. EBITDA rose 30.9% to Rs 117.50 crore in the year ended March 2015 over the year ended March 2014. EBITDA margin were reported at 9.3% in the year ended March 2015 compared with 8% in the year ended March 2014.
