Jai Corp's net profit fell 9.9% to Rs 16.12 crore on 28.9% rise in net sales to Rs 150.82 crore in Q4 March 2011 over Q4 March 2010.
On a consolidated basis, the company's net profit surged 40.6% to Rs 127.46 crore on 15.8% increase in net sales to Rs 544.07 crore in the year ended March 2011 over the year ended March 2010.
Jai Corp's board recommended a dividend of 50 paise per share for the year ended March 2011.
