The result was announced during trading hours today, 6 May 2010.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 90.77 points, or 0.53%, to 16,997.19.

On BSE, 805 shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 722 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 140 and a low of Rs 132 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 235 on 22 July 2009 and a 52-week low of Rs 78.10 on 15 May 2009.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 5 May 2010, gaining 7.42% compared with the Sensex's 4.73% decline. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 6.73% as against 8.21% rise in the Sensex.

The small-cap construction company has an equity capital of Rs 7.05 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
