The stock hit a low of Rs 62.80 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 81.32 on 18 August 2008 and a 52-week low of Rs 27.60 on 9 March 2009.
The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 29 July 2009, soaring 36.83% as compared to the Sensex's 2.62% rise. It had also outperformed the market in the past one quarter, surging 65.19% as against the Sensex rise of 33.06%.
The small-cap auto component maker has an equity capital of Rs 55.63 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
The current price of Rs 66.50 discounts the company's Q1 March 2009 EPS of Rs 6.32, by a PE multiple of 10.52.
The company is engaged in manufacturing auto components. The products include piston rings, sintered parts and cylinder liners for two, three and four wheelers, cars, tractors, light commercial vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, stationary engines and high output locomotive diesel engines.
