Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd gained 8.38% today to trade at Rs 316.05. The S&P BSE India Infrastructure index is up 1.65% to quote at 531.9. The index is up 17.33 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd increased 7.94% and SpiceJet Ltd added 3.44% on the day. The S&P BSE India Infrastructure index went up 70.9 % over last one year compared to the 18.06% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd has added 83.32% over last one month compared to 17.33% gain in S&P BSE India Infrastructure index and 1.9% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 12.56 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 29.86 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 319 on 20 Jan 2024. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 56.15 on 01 Mar 2023.
