Waaree Renewable spurts on stock split plan
Waaree Renewable Technologies surged 7.36% to Rs 2639.05 after the company said its board will consider a stock split on 20 January 2024.
The company has scheduled a board meeting on 20 January 2024 to consider the proposal for sub-division /split of the equity shares of the company.

Waaree Renewables Technology is a solar EPC service company. It caters to individual, industrial, and commercial customers by encouraging them to adopt energy solutions that helps in reducing the release of carbon.

On a consolidated basis, net profit of Waaree Renewables Technologies surged 126.45% to Rs 18.32 crore on 24.47% increase in net sales to Rs 150.06 crore in Q2 September 2023 over Q2 September 2022.
