Indian Bank gained for a fifth straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 426, up 1.63% on the day as on 12:44 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is down around 0.09% on the day, quoting at 20918.5. The Sensex is at 69559.05, down 0.14%. Indian Bank has risen around 0.42% in last one month.

Meanwhile, Nifty PSU Bank index of which Indian Bank is a constituent, has risen around 8.7% in last one month and is currently quoting at 5441.7, up 0.31% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 10.33 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 19.66 lakh shares in last one month.

The PE of the stock is 7.98 based on TTM earnings ending September 23.
