PNB Housing Finance is a deposit-accepting housing finance company, with second largest deposits outstanding within housing finance companies. As on 30 September 2023, Punjab National Bank held 28.14% in the company.

The firm's consolidated net profit jumped 45.8% to Rs 383 crore on 5.7% increase in total income to Rs 1,779.40 crore in Q2 FY24 over Q2 FY23.

The scrip declined 1.56% to close at Rs 784.30 on Friday, 24 November 2023.
